About River City Painting

Tony Lynch is the founder, majority owner, and CEO of River City Painting and owner of RCP Investments. River City Painting serves Wichita, Kansas City, and Tulsa. As CEO, Tony concentrates on building a values-driven company, developing leaders, and delivering dependable work, driven to raise the bar for workmanship and customer experience across the industry. Tony serves on the board of Wichita’s Littlest Heroes, a nonprofit that supports families with medically complex children, and supports River City Painting’s charitable efforts including the Brush of Hope campaign. A family man at heart, Tony enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending church, boating and fishing, overlanding in his Jeep, and tackling home improvement projects.

Britt was born in Dodge City, Kansas, and grew up in Newton, Kansas. He is an alumnus of Wichita State University and started his painting career with Sherwin-Williams in May 2002. He held positions as an Assistant Manager, Store Manager, Sales Rep, and recently, the District Sales Manager of the Mid-Kansas District before he came to River City Painting as the COO. He brings a wealth of product knowledge and customer service to the painting industry. When Britt is not in the office, he enjoys traveling, spending quality time with his family and playing golf.

Leah was born and raised in Wichita, KS. She has an Associate’s in Graphic Design and has worked in customer service for many years. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family and dogs. When she isn’t at home or the office, you will find her at the dance studio watching her daughter learn new choreography for the season and helping behind the scenes with office work and anything else that is needed.

Sam was born and raised from Wichita, KS. Her journey with River City Painting started in 2015. She has many years of management experience and loves working closely with our customers as well as behind the scenes of the business. When Sam is not in the office, she enjoys traveling, teaching dance classes, hanging out at home with her husband and daughters and playing with her 3 dogs.

Adam moved back to Wichita from Florida in 2023. He graduated from Wichita State University in 2008, GO SHOX!. Adam has an extensive sales and construction background and spent the past 14 years in public service. Adam will be estimating all types of projects from residential interior and exterior painting to commercial projects. Outside of work Adam enjoys spending time outdoors.

Meet Coby Houser, our Regional Manager for Kansas City Metro. A true Kansas native and paint industry expert, Coby's journey began at Sherwin Williams and Benjamin Moore during his university years. He then took the helm at a Benjamin Moore store in Lawrence, KS, before launching his own successful painting business, Houser Coatings. Known for transforming spaces with his expertise in interior, exterior, and fine finish cabinetry painting, Coby is praised for his strong communication, meticulous attention to detail, and unwavering professionalism. Away from the paintbrushes, Coby enjoys golfing and exploring new places with his family. Now, as part of River City Painting, he's set to elevate your painting experience.

Billy brings nearly 30 years of experience in the construction industry to every project. His background brings practical understanding of how to plan, communicate, and deliver high-quality results—on time and on budget. "I'm committed to providing clear estimates, reliable service, and a smooth process from start to finish. Whether it’s a residential repaint or a large-scale commercial job, my goal is to make sure our clients feel confident every step." Fun fact: Brittan, Coby, and Billy are brothers.

Jim Houser grew up in El Dorado, Kansas, where he developed a strong work ethic and a passion for serving others. He continued his education at Butler Community College, building a foundation that would support his lifelong career in customer service. For more than 30 years, Jim has proudly called Newton, Kansas home. Throughout his career, he has always worked in customer service–focused roles. He has a natural talent for project management and enjoys bringing order, organization, and creativity to every project he takes on. Jim also has a passion for photography, capturing unique perspectives both on and off the job. Outside of work, Jim’s greatest joy is spending time with his wife Deena, along with his children and grandchildren. He also enjoys golfing and fishing whenever he has the chance.

Jose Garcia, originally from El Salvador, is married and the father of three adult children currently residing in California. He has over 15 years of experience in the construction and painting industries. In his spare time, he enjoys crafting piñatas and taking his dogs for walks.

Joe is from Riverton, KS and has been in Wichita since 2011. He is an alumni of Pittsburg State University and has worn many hats in a few different careers before landing at River City Painting in 2023. He has many years of customer service and management under his belt. His favorite part of his job is always having something new to see everyday. When Joe is not at work, he loves to spend his time traveling and spending time with his wife and daughters.
